At Goth Unite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your dark aesthetic; if your purchase doesn't haunt your dreams in the right way, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate the Ritual

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Vessel

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all gothic accessories and tags are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Summon the Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  The Transformation

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
